State-run Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) was founded in 1986 and is located in Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh. For many of the states medical paramedical and other health science colleges it acted as the main administrative hub. In 2022 Dr.YSR University of Health Sciences became the new name of the university. From 02. 02. 1998 AP University of Health Sciences changed its name to NTR University of Health Sciences.

NTRUHS Undergraduate Program Admission 2026

NTRUHS Placement Cell 2026
University provides multiple job opportunities and internships of 12 months to students after last year of program. College has placement cell which provide job assistance to students with almost 100% of placement. Internship are mostly accompanied with stipend which ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 20,000. Average entry level salary ranges from INR 2.8 LPA to INR 5 LPA with potential increase in INR 6.2 LPA to INR 10 LPA.
