NIET Admission process will start soon for the academic session 2026. It offers UG and PG Programmes through different departments. Those who are 12th passed are eligible for UG courses and those who have Bachelor’s degree are eligible for PG courses. If interested, students can apply through NIET’s official website. All programmes offered here have approvals from NBA, UGC and AICTE. All students have to pay an application fee of INR 1000 which is necessary and non refundable. Admissions are based on entrance test. Fees generally ranges around INR 2 lacs to INR 7 lacs.

About NIET Noida
NIET (Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology) is a self financed autonomous institute which was established in 2001. NIET Admissions 2026: UG Programmes
NIET admission will start soon for the Undergraduate programmes for the academic session 2026. It offers only a few UG Programmes such as B.Tech with multiple specializations, Integrated BBA, and Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma). 85% admissions for these courses are based on JEE Mains and entrance test. Allotments are on the basis of UPCET Counselling conducted by AKTU, lucknow. 15% seats will be booked for direct admissions. Entrance/Admission test will be conducted by University and open for only those students who have passed their qualifying exam from any Institute of U.P, or if their parents are domiciled of U.P.
Undergraduate Programmes are of 4 years duration, followed by semester structure. Those who are fulfilling eligibility criteria can apply for admissions through official website of Institute.
NIET Admissions 2026: PG Programmes
NIET admission registration process will start soon for the academic session 2026. It offers Master in M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Pharma in multiple specializations. Admissions are based on National level entrance exam like JEE Mains and admission test conducted by Institute. 85% of seats are offered through entrance results and 15% of seats are offered through direct admission. Allotments are done on the basis of UPCET Counselling which is conducted by AKTU, lucknow. Admission test will be open for only those students who have qualified from any University/Institute of U.P or to students whose parents are U.P domiciles.
Postgraduate Programmes has 2 years course duration, consisting 4 semesters. Eligible and interested students can apply through NIET’s official website.
NIET Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026
To be eligible for admission, all candidates are required to fulfill eligibility criteria as given by Institute. Admissions are based on UPCET Counselling and direct admissions. Both requires different eligibilities which is mentioned below:
Eligibility for UPCET Admissions
- UG Programmes: Candidates must have passed intermediate examination of U.P board or 10+2 level examination from any recognized School board. They must have secured minimum 45% marks (if General) and 40% marks (if SC/ST) in total of required subjects combination.
- PG Programmes: Candidates must have passed 3 years degree course from any recognized University board. They should have ecured minimum 50% aggregate marks in mathematics at 10+2 level and Bachelor degree. SC/ST requires only 45% aggregate marks.
Eligibility for Direct Admissions:
- UG Programmes: A candidate must be 10+2 passed in relevant discipline with required combination of subjects. Other admission criteria is defined in admission policy of NIET.
- PG Programmes: A candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree of three years in related discipline. Other admission criteria is defined under Institute’s admission policy.
NIET Admission Fees Structure 2026
Students who gets selected for admission needs to report to the institute on the provided date with programmes fee and original documents. If they fails in doing so, their admission will be cancelled. Fees can be paid through Online portal, www.axisbpayments.razorpay.com/nietadmission or via Demands Draft (DD) in favour of Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida payable at New Delhi/Noida/Greater Noida.

NIET Admission Process 2026
- Step 1: First, go to authorized website of NIET, www.niet.co.in/. There is no other official website from where students can apply.
- Step 2: Click on ‘Apply Online’ and start filling registration form. Save the Username and password you will create at is will be required to access admission portal.
- Step 3: Now login again as existing user and choose your preferred course. Then start filling application form with all mandatory and correct details only.
- Step 4: In the next step, upload all relevant and required documents in scanned format.
- Step 5: Pay registration fee and submit your form. Wait for further updates regarding counselling or admission confirmation.
