Munger University Placements
Munger University was founded in 2018 and is currently developing its internship and placement programs. With salary packages averaging about INR 2,50,000 annually the placement rate is currently between 20 and 30 percent. Top employers like Coca-Cola, HDFC Bank, Nestle Biocon, Cipla Wipro Reliance and many more have shown interest in the college despite its recent establishment. Various training sessions seminars and placement and internship fairs are held by the college to improve the employability of its students. Teaching research banking industrial houses and public accounting firms are among the placement fields.
Though it is still in its infancy the placement cell offers programs for skill development and interview training to help students land job offers. Many students choose to pursue post-internship higher education and the college provides recommendations and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Munger University Scholarship
Multiple scholarship opportunities and fee schedules are available at the college. For girls registration fee is 0 INR and 2200 INR for boys respectively and an examination fee of 500 INR. This fee schedule hasnt changed in the last 3 years. Girls who pass in the first division can receive 52,000 Indian rupees per year while boys can receive 6,000 Indian rupees per year through the Bihar NSP scholarship. In addition 36,000 INR is offered by a different NSP scholarship.
Although the college doesnt have its own scholarship fund students who are economically disadvantaged SC or ST can apply for government scholarships. Since it is a government-run institution tuition costs are low and some students pay as small as 5,000 Indian rupees per year.
