JMI Admission 2026: The JMI admission process will start soon for the academic year 2026. Students can register through an online application. Admission will be on the basis of merit in various entrance examinations and interviews if required. Students have to pay an Application fee of INR 700 – INR 1000/-. Presently, the University is offering various bachelor’s (UG) programs, master’s (PG) programs, advanced/ PG/ diploma programs, certificates, and PhD programs. Jamia Millia Islamia is a central, public university established in the year 1920. It is accredited by NAAC with an A++ grade. The 239 acres of land is located in New Delhi. It has many faculty in social science, natural science, fine arts, engineering & technology, education, humanities & languages, Architecture & Ekistics, and management studies. Jamia Millia Islamia UG Admission 2026

JMI admission process for undergraduate programs will start soon for the academic session 2026. Students can apply to programmes such as BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Lib.I.Sc, B.Sc., B.Ed., B.Tech, B.A.LL.B, B.Arch, B.Des, BFA, BDS, BHM, B.Voc., B.P.T. (Bachelor of Physiotherapy). PG program duration is for a minimum of 4 years with 8 semesters. To qualify for admission, applicants must be 10+2 passed with a minimum 45% – 50% in the concerned subjects. Admission will be done through the CUET UG entrance examination. Selection for B.Tech will be through the JEE (main) exam, NATA valid score for the B.ARCH program and NEET exam for BDS program. Postgraduate program fee per year is approximately between INR 9,875/- and INR 1,54,900/-. 

Jamia Millia Islamia PG Admission 2026

JMI admission will start soon for the PG program for the session 2026. Program offered MA, M.COM, M.SC, M.Lib.I.Sc., MCA, M.Ed, M.Tech, LLM, M.Arch., M.Des., MFA, Master of Tourism and Travel Management (MTTM), MBA, M.P.T. Postgraduate programmes are available for the duration of 2 years and 4 semesters. 

To be eligible for admission to the PG program, students need to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% – 60% mark from any university. Admission will be done through the CUET PG entrance examination. Selection of the students for the MBA will be through an entrance test, group discussion, and personal interview. A valid GATE score is required for the M.Tech program. Postgraduate course fee per year is around INR 9,875/- to INR 77,275/-. 

JMI Diploma and Certificate Course Admission 

JMI admission process for the diploma and certificate courses will begin soon for the academic year 2026. The university offers PG/ADVANCED/DIPLOMA and certificate courses for a duration of 1 year. The university offers a PG diploma in 7 specializations, and advanced diploma programs in 11 specializations. Including diploma programs in 21 specializations and certificate courses in 22 specializations. 

To be eligible for PG/advanced/diploma admission, students need to have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with not least 45% – 50% marks. Admission will be based on merit, an entrance exam conducted in MCQ format and the  CUET entrance examination. PG diploma fee is around INR 17,475/- to INR 27,555/-. Advanced/ diploma courses per year are around INR 8,375/- to INR 30,495/-. 

Applicants to certificate courses, applicants have to pass a senior or higher secondary school certificate or equivalent with a minimum 50% – 55% mark. Selection will be done via the interview process. Certificate course fee ranges from INR 9,875/- to INR 12,375/-.

• Step 3: Click on the SUBMIT button.
• Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. 
• Step 5: Log in with your username and password. 
• Step 6: Fill up personal details and educational qualifications.
• Step 7: Upload signature, photograph and other important documents. 
• Step 8: Select program, category and pay entrance application fee. 
• Step 9: Preview and submit the application form. 
• Step 10: Keep a printout of the form and login to check application status.

Students are advised to bring the admit cards issued for the entrance examination and the following original documents. 

• Marksheet and passing certificate of 10th and 12th.
