Admission and payment of the fee will be conducted online only. Student registration fee is INR 100/- non-refundable. Admission will be on the basis of merit, followed by three counseling rounds. IC College Rohtak now known as Government Post Graduate College for Women (GPGCW), Rohtak was established in 1959. It started as a co-educational institution and later transformed into women’s colleges. IC college rohtak is regarded as a premier institution catering towards women education and their need in the region. IC College Rohtak admission process for all undergraduate programs will begin soon for the session 2026. Students can apply to bachelor degrees like bachelor of arts and BA with a major, Bachelor of Business Administration. Including, Bachelor of Commerce+honor, Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor of Home Science, Bachelor of Science and B.SC with majors in mathematics and physics. All UG programs are offered for the duration of 3 years with 6 semesters.

Students have to score a minimum of 45% to 50% mark in any discipline from a reputed educational board to get admission to any UG program. IC College Rohtak admission for all postgraduate degree programmes has not started yet for the academic session 2026. Registration forms of INR 100/- are available online for all master degree programs. PG Programs available are master of Arts in History, Hindi, Economics, and Geography, master of Commerce, and master of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics. These courses are offered for two years and four semesters. 

To be eligible for admission, applicants need to have a bachelor degree in related discipline from any recognized university. Selection of the students will be based on the merit score of the qualifying examination. IC college rohtak postgraduate course fee is around INR 5840/- to INR 8300/-.

IC College Rohtak Admission Online Process 2026

Students will have to register online through the centralized online Admission Portal for all UG and PG courses. 

• Step 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION- register with your name, email ID, phone number, and password and OTP for verification purpose.
• Step 2: APPLICATION FORM- fill up personal details, educational details, weightage, upload documents, and select college and preferred course.
• Step 3: ONLINE VERIFICATION- college will verify application form and documents uploaded.
• Step 4: MERIT LIST AND SETA ALLOCATION – rank will be generated as per the qualifying marks and weightage. Merit list will be prepared as per ranking and reservation policy.
• Step 5: FEE PAYMENT- selected students will have to pay fees in either online or offline mode. Fee receipt will be generated if admission is confirmed. 
• Step 6: ADMISSION CONFIRMATION- download fee receipt and admission of the applicant will be confirmed.

IC College Rohtak Merit List

Admission of the students at IC College Rohtak will be based on three phases. 1st and 2nd round of counseling where 1st and 2nd merit list will be declared and The 3rd round of counseling will be physical counseling. Merit list will be published program-wise. 

• First merit list will be based on  Best five subjects in the qualifying examination, weightage if any, seat matrix, applicants who have completed their physical verification of the document and those who have submitted admission form before the last date will be considered in 1st merit round.
• Applicants who have submitted their admission before the last date and did not get any program will be considered in the 2nd merit list. If the applicant does not take admission or pay fee in the ist and 2nd round before the given date, he / she must participate in a physical counseling round for seat availability. 
• In physical counseling, a round merit list and waiting list of interested applicants will be applied. Seats will be distributed if there is vacancy in a particular course and university.
