Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, shortly called HNBGU. This university started its journey as a state university, and now it has become a central university. It was established in 1973. HNBGU is located in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. NAAC has also accredited it with an A grade, which shows its excellence. Fee Structure For NRI/Foreign Candidates For HNBGU Admission
