Charuchandra College is a government-sponsored co-educational degree college. It was established in 1947 and is presently affiliated with the University of Calcutta. It is located in Lake Road, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Charuchandra College is recognized by University Grant Commission and accredited by NAAC. It has a department of science, arts and commerce. Charuchandra College admission process for all undergraduate programs will start soon for the academic session 2026. Students are invited for online registration to courses such as B.Sc. in 8 specializations, BA in 4 branches, and B.COM. All regular bachelor’s degree programs will be available for 3 years and 6 semesters and honours programs will be offered for 4 years and 8 semesters.
To get admission to undergraduate courses, students need to pass their 10+2 examination in any stream from a reputed educational board. Applicants must have secured a minimum of 50% mark for open category and 45% mark for SC/ST category. Selection of the students for all programs will be based on merit marks in the qualifying examination. Charuchandra College UG course fee ranges from INR 4690/- to INR 7750/-.
